How it works

What a mutual transfer is
ମ୍ୟୁଚୁଆଲ ଟ୍ରାନ୍ସଫର କ'ଣ
A mutual transfer is a swap. You are posted in one district and want another; somewhere there is a teacher in exactly the opposite position. If you both apply together, neither school is left short.
The hard part has never been the paperwork — it is finding the other teacher. That is the only thing this portal does.
Who you are shown, and in what order
ମ୍ୟାଚ୍ କିପରି ବଛାଯାଏ
A teacher appears in your matches only when the fit runs both ways: they are posted somewhere you asked for, and you are posted somewhere they asked for. A one-way match is not a transfer either of you can file, so it is kept out of the way behind a toggle.
Blocks are read the way you meant them. Choosing 'Any block' in a district matches every block in it; naming particular blocks matches only those. If a teacher has not recorded their block, their district is all we know, so the district decides it — we will not hide someone over a gap in our own data.
Everything that survives that is then scored out of 100, so the closest fits come first.

What it costs
ଶୁଳ୍କ
Publishing your profile, searching, and seeing your ranked matches are free and always will be.
You can unlock three teachers' phone numbers for free. After that a membership lifts the limit — ₹99 for three months or ₹199 for a year. Unlocking the same teacher twice never costs twice.
Who can see your details
ଆପଣଙ୍କ ସୂଚନା କିଏ ଦେଖିପାରେ
Your name, school, district, subject and preferences are public once you publish — that is what lets another teacher find you.
Your phone number is not. It is shown only to a signed-in teacher who has published their own profile and spent a contact view on you. Anonymous visitors never receive it, not even in the page source.
